Meet the Board
President Keith Carter '81 has served on the Alumni Board for 5 years, serving as Co-President for the preceding year. Keith is a commercial credit manager, presently working in the food industry and also serves as Chairman of the Board at NACM-SE (Nat’l Association of Credit Management). He was a 4 year football player while at St Pius and was a walk-on football player at Georgia for two years. He’s also the proud father of 8 year old Robert who plays on the 3rd Grade, Jr. Lions flag football team.
Vice President Michael Dallas '82, Mike is the go-to guy in the Alumni Association, he has participated in virtually every alumni event over the past 8 years, including serving as President for the 2004-2005 year. Mike is an area sales director for an auto parts company. Mike graduated form West Georgia College and Mike is also one of the authorities on local high school football. Michael is an arch conservative.
Board Members
Michael Shikany '66 Michael is the parent of an alumna and a current student. He played on the 1965 football team, the first St Pius X team to play for a state title. He is a printing broker by day and a actor by night. He has appeared in roles on the stage and in several movies. He is active in the Cedar Club and sings in the St. John Melkite Catholic Church Choir. Michael has been in the Alumni Association as long as it has existed. Michael is also a flaming liberal.
Mark Haddad '77 is a past president of the Alumni Association and the parent of two alumnus. Nick '04 and Andrew '06. He is an independent jeweler by trade. Mark is a past president of The Cedar Club of Atlanta. Mark is currently the Convention Chairman of the Southern Federation, a Heritage and Philanthropic Organization. His son Nick is a long and short snapper for the University of Alabama Birmingham football team.
Tim Boggs '82 is a current St. Pius Parent. He works in the banking industry. He is an avid Rugby player.
Joe Orr '82 is a future St. Pius Parent. A former Golden Lion player, Joe is a regular at St. Pius Football games. He also supports the Alumni Association by participating on the Spring Classic Golf Tournament.
Tony Lentini '83 has been on the board for the past 5 years. He works in the telecommunications industry. he is the father of twin boys who attend IHM school. Tony ran for the State House of Representatives last year. He is a graduate of Ogllthorpe University and is the scorer for the womens basketball program a position that he has held for 25 years.
Mary Ball '99 is a new member of the board. She is enjoys volunteering and is heading up our Spiritual/Service committee.
Jennifer Pruitt LeBlang '99 is a new member of the board. She will be leading her classes efforts for Homecoming for 2009.
Michael Trujillo '01 is a young alumni and has served on the board for the past 3 years. Michael recently completed a year of service work in St. Louis, MO aiding inner city youth. Michael is currently employed in the Atlanta area.
Blaise Wannemacher '06 is a young alumni and has served on the board this past year. Blaise put together the awesome Alumni Flag Football night held in November 2008. He is currently a student and resides in the Atlanta area.
Lisette Buechner '06 is a young alumni and was instrumental in the success of the Alumni Flag Football night. She is a nursing student and resides in the Atlanta area.
